Prayer is defined as an open communication with God.  Paul when writing to the church in Philippi he stated to make your request known unto God - Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; Philip. 4:6 The Lord our God will respond to your requests in the time of His visitation to your heart and spirit.  We are assured of this by reason of the Scripture – Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. [15] And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. 1 John 5:14-15 The requests that we make at times seem to be impossible.  They may be impossible to you but nothing is impossible to God – Luke 1:37 For with God nothing will be impossible.” The belief in your heart brings response from God.  The Word of The Lord states this in the Book of Hebrews – But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6 There is an adage that is often stated, “Prayer moves the hand of God.” His hand is the hand of authority in every situation and your request when made to Him in the Throne of Grace will move His hand.  Your request may be impossible to you and it may seem like it could never happen but it can and will!  The enemy of our soul comes to kill, steal and destroy.  But God comes to bless and give you life…He can and will bless you with the impossible…Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, Ephes. 3:20 Never doubt what He can do and never fear to bring the impossible before Him.  He is the God of the impossible! Whatever you ask in His name He will do it! (John 14:14) Don’t be anxious but be at peace with your request to Him, He loves to hear from you! He will also ask you to do the impossible? What will be your response to Him?
