Prayer Returns
There is a uniqueness in prayer that is like nothing else. That is God listens and He responds to the heart of people. There is a prayer return from the Lord which brings the comfort and peace to each heart. Answered prayer is what your heart desires and the each prayer is normally vastly important. The scriptures written and read give the example of many prayers that touched the heart of God. When the Lord spoke out the “If my people who are called by my name would…” prayer found in 2 Chronicles 7:14 you come face to face with the heart of God. His desire to heal and restore the heart in every situation so it will be in line with His purpose for you. There is a character that must be involved when a person prays and that is humility. Not a false pride or a facade that does not fool you or God. The truth of prayer is an integral part when you are determined to “get through” and receive from the Lord. Speaking from your heart and not from your need is the also the platform one should prayer from. We speak of the need but the heart is the continuity between the need and God. Bringing the cost of prayer into the request of the subject brought before God designates the understanding of the ability to be heard. God does hear prayer and He also brings results that will glorify Him.
James speaks of moments of prayer that contain the very meaning of the “why” of prayer. The confidence one needs in prayer can also be defined as faith…
And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him. (1 John 5:14-15)
What a promise and the outcome of that promise builds hope in every heart. The asking is so crucial and not ever to be glanced at as meaningless and passe. The words we speak are to the utmost importance to God and the outcome of the communion you have with Him. The depth of this scriptural reference to communion with God in prayer is rich with meaning. The ear of the Lord and His heart are open to the pleas and praise of His children. He listens to determined hearts that want to designate the words of lips to a heart that will respond. The word will is a catalyst word for the response to be positive when the answer returns to your heart. This word meaning what the Lord chooses to be holy and right for you. When a child goes the parent and makes a request the parent knows what is best for the child! The parent loves the child and will not allow the child to have something that will harm him/her or others in their circle of influence. In this analogy, all need to hear, that God will bring a return to your prayer but it will be a return from a heart of complete unconditional love and will always shelter the heart that prays. He will guide you in prayer and life so that you will always know His undivided love for you! Keep praying and keep bring your prayers and supplications before Him with thanksgiving…(Philippians 4:4-7)
