The Lord has promised to be with us at all times (Hebrews 13:5). He has never and will never forsake one of His children. His love far surpasses any love that we can show in our own way. He has shown this great love toward us by giving us His only begotten Son for the ransom of our souls. What a magnificent love that He has bestowed upon His children. He has lavished us with His love and He has justified us through faith (1 John 3:1). The riches of His mercy and His grace have rewritten our lives to such an extent that we can be assured of our foundation. The Word explains to us that His children are never found begging bread or are found forsaken before this world. So when you are feeling alone and thinking that God is forsaken you – He has not. Reaching for Him is as easy as just mentioning His name. Calling out to Him in prayer and waiting upon the Lord is part of walk with Him. Renewal often comes through waiting on Him to activate in your spirit what you are asking for Him to do (Isaiah 40:31). His will is to bless you and to make your life worth the living. The dynamics that the Holy Spirit brings into our lives cannot be compared to what this world can bring. If every individual would seek His holiness and realize that the power of the Holy Spirit will be found in us after we come into the pureness of God. Consider the wonder of His love for you and how His love, this is a gift from God, has established you on this earth. What a powerful enlightenment into your spirit. The depth of all this is that He can be found when you call upon Him with a “whole” heart (Jeremiah 29:13). He desires to speak to you and He desires to dwell in you. Often through prayer we realize the power and the anointing of God in our lives. When you mention the name of Jesus, He is there and when you ask anything in His name He will do it! (John 14:14) Whenever you feel lonely or distant from Him reach out in prayer and you will find that He is there. He has been there the whole time; He has been waiting on you to call to Him so He would answer with words of comfort and mercy. He is not hard to find because He is always there.
